Return Policy

Refund and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on the following products:

  • Giclee Prints
  • Standard Photo Prints
  • Blank greeting cards

Conditions of return:

  • Please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of your purchase and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Clients are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to include any applicable insurance to protect against any items damaged while in transit.
  • A refund will not be issued for a product not in its original condition. Clients are advised not to accept or sign for any item’s visibility damaged during transit. Those items will be returned automatically by the shipper.
  • A refund cannot be offered, if 30 days or more have passed since your purchase.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, I will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Conditions of exchanges:

  • Please email Audra T. at [email protected] with Request for an Exchange in the subject line. Include your name, contact details and attach a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You can return these items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of your purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Clients are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to include any applicable insurance to protect against any items damaged while in transit.
  • An exchange will not be issued for a product not in its original condition.
  • Exchanges cannot be offered, if 30 days or more have passed since your purchase.
  • Upon receipt of the item for exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched with shipping paid within 48 hours.
  1. No Refunds/Exchanges
  • Due to the nature of the product, I do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
    • Original Art Work
    • Limited Edition Prints
    • Digital Downloads
  • Clients are advised not to accept or sign for any item visibility damaged during transit. Those items will be returned automatically by the shipper.
  • Please email me at [email protected] with the subject line, Package Not Accepted from Shipper, and include your name, contact details and attached a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your refund will be processed, once I have been notified of the items return by the Shipper.
  1. Cancellation

Cancellation is accepted on all purchases, except a digital download, within 24 hours’ notice.
